What can I Return?

You may request returns for most items you buy from, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable. For details of time frame for requesting returns please refer to our returns policy.

General Returns Policy

In general, an item may be eligible for return 7 days after delivery. if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:

  • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
  • Has missing parts or accessories
  • Is different from what was ordered
  • Is no longer needed (not all items may be eligible)

All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer's box/packaging as delivered to you.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds in form of cheques / Neft can take 10-12 business days to process and affect in account. Refund in the form of Gift Cards can take 1 business day.

Does UeGroup do Replacements?

What are the conditions for Free Replacement?

In order to be eligible for a free replacement, an item must be within the eligible return table. The free replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is Received and collected by us. Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:

  • Damaged item received
  • Item is missing parts or accessories
  • Item received is different from what was ordered
  • Defective item/does not work properly
